A highly successful firm of property consultants employing surveyors, architects, planners and property developers contacted Dearden and asked us to review their HR function and policies and procedures for staff management. 

This review led to the employment of one of our consultants to manage the HR service for a six-month period whilst we recruited a substantive HR Director to manage the service on an on-going basis.
